Zoya Gluzman-Poltorak is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Forta Bio, Inc., a City of Hope spinout pioneering ODCs™, a new class of precision DNA therapeutics that target TERT-positive cells and influence immune pathways. She leads the company’s platform development and fundraising to accelerate IND-enabling studies.

Zoya brings over 25 years of biotech leadership, having advanced seven INDs and secured major NIH, DoD, BARDA, and venture funding while guiding programs in gene, cell, protein, and oligonucleotide therapeutics.
