Dr. Rebecca Coutts is the Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Development at PCI Pharma Services, leading the Tredegar site, PCI’s centre of excellence for development manufacturing. With over 25 years of experience, she specialises in the formulation and processing of highly potent molecules and the advancement of innovative drug delivery solutions.

Rebecca has held senior roles in organisations including Vectura and Abbott Laboratories, where she directed development and manufacturing science teams. Her leadership continues to drive excellence and innovations in global pharmaceutical development services.
