James Carroll is the CEO of RNA NanoBiotics, where he leads development of aptamer-guided RNA nanoparticles designed to deliver chemotherapeutic, radiotherapeutic and emerging RNA payloads to metastatic solid tumors. His work brings together scientific direction, regulatory planning and cross-sector partnership building to advance precision oncology technologies.

James also serves as the President of Wharton Alumni Angels, supporting investment oversight and the growth of life-science initiatives. His leadership reflects a sustained focus on targeted drug delivery and innovation across the oncology ecosystem.
